You done good!!! I love the look, and you have inspired me. I've wanted to do the same thing with a late model triple, making it long and low, with little or no additional rake on the front end. Piper has an image in photopost that is similar what I want to do - TripleDream
If your saddle softens the ride enough, your gonna love the hard tail for the simple fact that your x-ring chain will seem to last forever. I ain't a big fan of apehangers, but it looks good on your ride (or is it glide?).
