I had some Willy&Max bags like this on my '95 Honda that I traded in for my TBA.
The problem with this design is those straight-across-the-top flaps. As you ride in rain or through puddles they let the water in.
So when I buy some bags for my TBA I'm gonna make sure they have tops that come down over the edge so as to help prevent some of the rain from getting inside.
