In reality we each are all of the above. Not always intentionally, not always by accident. That's why it is important to look beyond the asshat and try to understand somedays we get to do the critique and some days we get critiqued, somedays we’re the ringmaster and others we’re the clown, other days we’re a genius, and others we’re the village idiot. Try to be tolerant. Try to forgive. And, by all means try to have the balls to be honest with the person that rubs you the wrong way. It may very well be a misunderstanding and easily rectified. Oh, and I hope it ain’t me, too!!!
