I was doing some reading on these a while back. The guy that invented the Eagle One brand is currently trying to ressurect the Vincent name. They are currently trying to get more financial backing to get into production. The motor is made by Honda as the other guys said. Pricing is supposed to run between $20-25K. Great looking bike. I hope they make it to production although the price is too rich for my blood. For that kind of money I'll deck out one sweet Rocket III and still have money left over.
