WTF is a bollard?
A bollard is post (usually concrete) used to restrict access (you can see some on the pavement (sidewalk) at the start of the video clip.) The ones in the roadway are retractable bollards!
What gets me with these cretins is the fact that the bollards are there because Y O U ' R E ... N O T ... S U P P O S E D ... T O ... G O ... T H E R E!!!!!
I wonder if it's in Norfolk .............. ??????
