Forgive the impatience. You have children, so please understand the "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" mentality we all seem to have over here.
The huge number of people with Attention Deficit Disorder in the States is a genetic leftover from our forefathers that could not sit still in England . They came over on the boats not because of religious persecution, but due to there inability to concentrate on the task at hand. Picture Homer Simpson saying "Marge,I'm bored. Let's go to America."
