thank you for your constructive criticism thinly veiled as sarcasm, being as Hinckley United play at level 6 in the English leagues and are not a full time team. Most things are done at the club by volunteers for no pay in return. The club shop manager has his own job and I run the unnofficial site (and am putting together the shop site) as a hobbie, neither of us are payed by the club to do anything, we merely do it because we love the club and wish to help out.

you can of course carry on as you are, or have a little bit of patience and understanding. Either of your choices will not affect the speed at which I do things - that is solely dependent on how much attention I need to give to my kids after I come home from work.
