What we have here is failure to communicate...
The backing will crack. Getting them replaced does little to prevent them from leaving your beer and batteries all over the dirt road.
Getting a refund or fixing them is in order. Bonnyusa made an underbag support, as well as an insert. I made a plexiglass insert.
