I replaced my fork oil at the same time. I put in stock weight, 10W, Spectro brand but later learned a combo of 10W & 15W is the better ticket.
No drains on forks, you either suck it out, or pull the fork tubes and drain (pretty easy). I had my forks off for polishing at the time.
