I was happy with the deal, but it is the end of the riding season so prices are down a little. I don't think you will be able to buy one like that in the spring. It came from the original owner a 65 year old gentleman. He had it on eBay, with a buy it now of $4750, and start of $4000. He never got a bid??
He lived on a gravel road in south Texas, and had some Vietnam vet stickers on the tank, so maybe that scared people off. He didn't have alot of feedback either. I contacted him after the auction, and we got together.
Stickers came off, and with a couple of nights of cleaning you would never know it had been down a dirt road.
