I was just looking into the specs of the 2007 line.
Since the Standard Bonnie, and the America have been outfitted with the 865cc - wouldn't that mean that the 790cc is gone?

Never thought of that. Here I was saying to myself I should have waited till spring and got the 865......

but now i can say "yes its the last year they came with the 790 and spoked wheels"

I love my Mulberry/Graphite wire-wheeled TA. It looked classic when I bought it, now it won't be long before it actually is a classic!

One other change is that all of the parallel twins, with the exception of the T100, get the black powder coated engine.

The America and Speedy have swapped pipes now. Wonder why they did that.

The only true year of Bonneville America, which also coincide with the 100th anniversary, are truly the most rare and special.

I'm thinking it would be a good move to scour the boneyards and collect all the 790 cams available. They will be worth a fortune to people who want to get some decent performance out of the '07 bikes.
