The cat (his name is Varmint) would probably tell you that he is the real and true owner of the motorcycle, but he lets me lease the bike for generous servings of canned cat food, and a warm place to take naps.
GB, the machine shop still has the full set-up to do the gears (probably in whatever metal that could be desired), but it'd be cheapest in batches of 5 sets.
