I am always amazed with my continued confusion. To make the carb balancer, it's the short tube between the two jars that goes to the bottom. The long tube just clears the stopper. This are the tubes that go to each carb. I made them long so the jars can be placed on something thus making sort or an air gap to add insurance that no liquid gets in. Remember this will freeze so take appropiate precautions.
