What Martin is talking about is putting restrictors in the tubes to limit the amount of vacuum pressure. You must do this or even a little imbalance in the carbs will get all of the fluid sucked into the higher vacuum carb fast. Don't even ask....
Did you ever find out what size your main jets are?
