Hi Matthew,
My suggestion is to be in Georgia in two weeks. You should get every available sound out there for your bike.
For now, I am blowing on a pair of (almost) gutted Speedmaster stock pipes. I love the sound - deep growling tone that doesn't tick people off. I love the subtle shape that is reminiscent of days gone by. My carbs are still in need of some tweaking, but I am close. Be patient and go to the Georgia Rally. I am going for the first time, and my expectations are simple: Fellowship with riders like me. Learn all I can about the mods/mistakes/improvements that others have made. And just ride with some very special people that appreciate what motorcycling is really about.
