Yeah  I had Crow Jane and Chevrolet bumpin today too in the car. I think Chevrolet is actually a Taj Mahal tune....

uh...no...penned by Ed Young and Lonny Young. my earliest recording is by Odetta, but there might be one or two other folkier folk around here who can label an earlier recording. maybe someone who lives in Clovis, NM? just guessing on the location... Yes. Taj recorded it, so did Robben Ford and i am certain at least a dozen other artists over the years.
