Them Tuttle clowns don't manufacture choppers - they ASSEMBLE them ! Buy the parts, tell the paint man what colours to use, tell the wheel man what sort of wheels they like and then assemble the finished bits.

Now if they said the exhaust fell off due to a faulty weld I'd believe it - it's the only part they manufacture.
