I believe it is a 3 1/2" center-to-center for the riser holes. It should be easy enough to pull the riser caps off, set the bars aside, and take a tape measure to it. Typically there isn't a small difference in width with the T bars. Usually it's 3 1/2" or 4"...something like that. IOW, it isn't going to be 3.65".
