Just ease out the choke a *LITTLE* while riding with the engine warmed up. If it runs better, you are too lean. If it doesn't run better, push it back in, ride for about 20 minutes or so with the engine running above 3500 RPM (use a lower gear if you need to), grab the clutch and shut down the engine and coast to a stop in a safe spot on the side of the road. Let it cool down enough you won't fry your hands and take out the sparkplugs. If they have a fluffy looking blackish coating, it is too rich. You have to check both plugs because there could be a difference between the left and right cylinders.
