Depends on what you want to do. Pipes are not going to get you from mid 14s to 13 in the 1/4. They make a lot more noise and a little more power. Then again, I believe the power is really coming from the rejetting, better air flow and no snorkels.
I am probably wrong, I drilled my pipes, jetted, put in a K&N, and lost my snorkels. I am very happy with my performance. I don't make as much noise as aftermarket though. You will sound a lot louder and Sceptre makes great pipes.
