For a cheap and easy way...I slit the plastic that's holding all the cables about 7 or 8 inches....then wrapped it with rubber electrical tape (wasnt' really necessary).
Then I got some of the ribbed looking wire wrap from a auto store.. it just covers stuff up a bit...the car guys use it, comes in 3 or 4 sizes....
Still dont' like the bars I put on, so not going to reroute every thru them until I find the "perfect" handlebars...
