Hold your plug's coil end in front of a metric ruler, photograph it then send that off to them. I once sent a photo of the machined error on the corbin brackets as the corbin brackets were layed on top of the oem brackets. They never even wrote back, I received new brackets in no time. You got a camera son, use it!
