On a bikeshow last weekend i got a copy of "Choppertown The Sinners" DVD.

Now there are some real bikers, as far from OCC you can get, had a great time watching the motorcycle club "The Sinners " as they build a bike from scratch with used parts that has a history and a club where the brotherhood means more than the size of your engine and the amount of crome on your bike....

Mostly Harleys in the DVD but also some nice old school Triump´s and a BSA

I can recomend it to all, a real must see DVD

Downside is that i now got to get more cash and time to get my own bikebuild going, i have all the parts...... but most of them only in my head and not in my garage

Well, you have got to start somewhere and your head seems to be a good place for any project, Johann.

I have it. The producers are regulars on the Jockey Journal Board. Btw, they released a sequel that the Sinners were not happy about, a bit of bad blood now exists.
I thought the DVD was great.

Cool. That's been in my Netflix queue for quite some time, it just never seemed to burble to the top. I'll have to see to that.

I don't have it in front of me, so I can't give the title, It's 3 dvd set in a metal tin, filming at Sturgis, Daytona and I believe Hollywood bike events. Kinda fun for winter viewing and pretty cheap, $10.99. Warning there is a little nudity, but otherwise good viewing!

Didn't mean to hijack the thread, it just reminded me of this.

Choppertown "The Sinners" is showing on the Documentary Channel. If you have satellite, it's on Dish 197. Check your listings. I caught it by accident. Really enjoyed it.

Here's the schedule on Dish, all times EST.
