I e-mailed Procom Engineering asking them if they are planning to come out with a CDI box for our bikes. They were quick to reply, so I thought I would post it here.

Hi there. The production of these boxes are in the testing phrases for this box. You should be seeing it on our website in the next 4-6 months. Once they come, I will contact you through email to let you know.

They said that last year when I emailed them. I hope they mean it this year. It would really help those who need CDI boxes.

Yeah I thought someone e-mailed them before, but I couldn't remember what the answer was. I guess we'll just have to wait an see.

This is basically the response I got back in August '06. Then, they said "the next few months" instead of 4-6 months.

Good to see others letting Procom know we want an alternative to the pricey Triumph CDI. The more people that e-mail or call, the more demand Procom will know is out there, and maybe the sooner they'll get it out on the market.

Plus dying randomly in the rain is kinda fun...like an adventure...
