Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to get there this year.

I work for a large multi-national company, and I was part of a team that entered an internal competition with a prize of a long weekend in Madrid. We've only gone and won it The problem is that the dates that have been chosen for us to go are either the end of April (when we've got a German student staying with us) or the 14th - 17th June (there's about 25 people + other halves going in total, so the company has block booked a hotel, flights etc for those 2 dates)

So, much as I enjoyed last year, the attraction of an all expenses paid trip to Madrid has beaten a weekend camping in Yorkshire

Hi Graham, the rallie is at Helmsley in North Yorkshire, everyone on this forum is welcome. What happened last year is that i met up with Nobby and Adey on my way up the M1 and then Ray and malcolm had saved a spot when we got to the site. So if you are thinking of going we can either meet up on the way up or save you a pitch up there. It was a good crack last year..
cheers dave

Just thought I would warn you, you have to be on a bike or trike to get in (even if you have already bought a ticket)!

The Farmyard motto is
"No cars, no vans, no pedestrians, no excuses"

We'll get you in Celt, tho it'll have to be on pillion by the looks. Sure it can be sorted, even if you drive down. Pillion in with Spud or one of us comes out to pillion you in, or just break in? There'll be a way, I'm sure...

I'll be sending for my ticket when I get home.
I know I can do it online while I'm here (in Oz) but due to financial constraints... you know how it is.... I have a cheque waiting at home and once that's in things will be easier.

Bloody holidays....
