I got to sit on one of these a few weeks ago. It is a super comfortable bike an in my opinon, one of the best "sport tourerers" out there. For what it is, the price isn't too bad.

My Mother and Dad had a Norge - It wasn't much to sit on, but, boy that sucker could make some ice.

I've read a few horror accounts about how hard it is to get parts for the new Guzzis since they were bought out by Piaggio, that and the somewhat limited dealer network. If it weren't for those two things I'd love either a Griso or a Norge (providing I had the money of course) Maybe in a couple of years when I'm in the position for bike # 2, the network and support will be in better shape.

I like the Guzzi's.My Dad has a 02 model I get to ride. That thing has a ###load of torque. The downside is the dealer network, he has a hard time finding accessories and shiny bits.

Love this bike. Ducati has me worried about Italian bike quality and maintenance. I know MG is a quality machine, but neither maker has an abundance of available parts in the USA. We are buying a touring bike this year. Right now, the BMW K12LT tops the list, followed by BMW R12CL and BMW R1150RT. If Triumph will realease a tourer again, I'd prefer the Triumph - as long as I don't have to sit on " 'em boy and the twins". The Sprint ST is out ever since the Executive line was dropped. Why can't the Trophy work? I'd prefer the Triumph over BMW, even with a chain drive. Before I'd buy a Guzzi, I'd buy a Kawasaki Concours (the CONNIE) or a Yamaha Venture, followed by Yamaha FJR, Honda ST, then a Gold Wing. But we are buying a long distance tourer this year.

Ride Safe, Dennis Triumph, it's how I live and what I ride.

MG parts were hard to get after the merge when the whole MG parts warehouse was moved. That was nearly a year ago.
