I am about to relocate my rear indicators (and replace with Silver bullets) to the last bolt on the rear fender strut, however by removing the origional indicators two holes will be left where the origionals have been on the number plate bracket. Does anyone know of plugs to fill these, or any other helpful hints?

Home Depot and Lowes usually have several different kinds and sizes of plugs that should work, usually in black, chrome, and rubber. They are in the speciality fastener area (eg. stainless steel or metric bolts, nuts, etc.) in drawers labeled by items and sizes. Just ask an employee. They will probably cost about $1 for the pair.

I'm doing something like this too.My plan is to locate turns on the fender next to the brake light. I have made lay down number plate out of 1/8 aluminum and reused the rubber seal, mounted with three new bolts and nuts.

They're called "button plugs" - a round plate with springy steel fingers that snap into the hole.

Just after I'd done this I bought one of those large, roll-about-the-place tool chests. Had to assemble it myself of course. Very conveniently it came with two spare round headed chrome bolts that were just the right size. Pity it didn't have a 3rd spare as I want to remove the switch from my driving lights.
You could probably find these things in any hardware store and get them chromed for a couple of bucks.

The shop to go to in NSW for these parts (plugs etc) is "Clark Rubber", not sure if you have one in Victoria.
TBA, Stainless extractors / drag pipes, 65mm over forward controls, Thruxton needles, 904cc, head ported, lowered 1-inch, Console removed, relocated battery box, Australia.
