Got a good deal on a used Bonnie Black front sprocket cover from a guy over on NTBF, do I need to get different bolts to be able to mount this cover on the speedmaster? If I do need bolts, is there a quick easy source for them? Thanks!

Yes ,your Forman grill type cover has 2 long and 4 short screws. The bonne cover takes 6 of the long screws,6mmx6.5mm I believe.Just put a crome one on my America, love the look!! I got my screws from a dealer so they would match the other cover screws.I had to grind a little bit of a notch on the back side of the cover to clear the swingarm pivit, don't know if it will be nessary on your speedy.

Hey Mike - Not to step on Jack's toes, but you'll need 5 @ M6x75 screws for use with the Bonnie cover. You have one screw that's 75mm already so you'll need 4 more.

Brent, can I buy these from you? I don't mind giving the dealership biz, but the Triumph distribution isn't exactly speedy gonzales! Thanks for the clarification!

I got my bolts from brent, stainless socket heads... Should look nice against the black. Just don't overtighten!

Unfortunately you'll have to go with Triumph if you want the bolts to match the ones on the engine covers. If you need some temp bolts to hold you over till the Triumph ones come in, drop me a PM with your snail mail and I'll send you some. Brent, the ever gracious one, sent me some free ones for my black Bonnie sprocket cover while I waited for my Triumph order.
Being on the east coast, your wait for Triumph parts ordered shouldn't be too bad. I've ordered with Palm Beach Triumph out of Florida with fairly quick results(7-10 days even with UPS ground shipping)...certainly faster than my local dealer.

Thanks for the info, went ahead and ordered the bolts through the Triumph Dealership in Hattiesburg, that way all the engine fasteners are consistent. Thanks for the tips!
