I have the BUBs as well. I'm happy with them. I finally heard Mike's Thunderbike Pipes last weekend, we did a side by side comparison, and I still like my BUBs.
Maybe Martin(LJ3000) will chime in as to how my BUBs sounded as I pulled away from the light in Kent (showing off in front of the Harleys).

I have some BUBs that look like these "http://bub.com/Motorcycles/Harley/FL/FL-Slip-Ons/billet-type-muffler.jpg" on my speedmaster, and I love them, but I am wondering if The Rinehart Slip-On mufflers by BUB would work?

I've been on a couple rides with a guy that has Bubs on his America. We both have 17/42 gear ratio. Running at the same speed I can't tell any difference in the sound of his compared to my Thunderbikes. Both are great pipes!
