Not sure if the place to post, just looking for some feedback on solar battery tenders to maintain full charge when not in regular use. Anyone use the solar type? I have a great application on the roof of my bike shop/shed. Thanks

I use one on my boat for the trolling battery and it works great. I've never used one on the bike because I always have AC nearby. I have a battery tender that works great to keep the battery juiced all winter.

It does snow, but quickly melts. The units I looked at boast weather proof panels. I know I could easily get an electric battery tender, but thought it would be cool to use to abundant sun we have out here.
Also I was born in Baltimore, lived off of Belvedere Ave. near Lock Raven many years ago. How is it riding back there?
Love it out here, I ride year round, some winter months I go 2-3 week between rides, thus the need for the battery tender. Take care.

No help with you on the charger, but just curious where in the Denver area you are?
