Neat. Try watching the left frame with your left eye and right frame with right....then switch...i.e. right eye watches left, etc. WOW. I am sick after that.

Damp roads and low sun - that's what I hate about riding this time of year!

Pretty cool Rod. BUT, with me bein' a Yank and all, you've REALLY got me confused now! (I know, I know...what ELSE is new, huh?!) Now...I'm a thinkin' that maybe, JUST maybe, the LEFT lane(where you guys over there STILL drive for some reason) should'a been ON the LEFT side of the screen...and the RIGHT lane, where those blokes over there were goin' the opposite direction from you, should'a been on the RIGHT side of the screen. I mean, COME ON there dude. You guys "over there" ALREADY screw with our established american ideas of road-going propriety, why did you post that THIS WAY? Was it to REALLY screw with our heads over here, dude??? Cheers, Dwight (BTW Rod...Good to see you're out there makin' those cool flicks o' yours again after that little "unpleasantness" you encountered a while back)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

hi all- im back on the road again- after 09 weeks getting the bike sorted ( new exhaust, tank, front mud guard, fender etc)
anyway...my elbow was broken in 2 places and is now on the mend..never having broken anything before, except nose and fingers-has shown me how painful it can be!
while on the mend I have started to learn a programme called Adobe Premiere(Simmer,Dave), a marked learning curve from Pinnacle -a good but basic video editing package.
I also invested in a new camera set up, which allows me to record from three different angles- this is hard to set up on a bike, but more easily on a car.it comprises 3 cameras
The video is a prototype...but allowed me to
a/ avoid shopping
b/get me out on the bike
c/allow me put what I have learned to date on a sample video.
I think the split screen does not work too well as you get distracted...imagine if I had uploaded the last angle in full....Grump...you spotted a fraction of the 3rd angle- it was designed to show movement/speed....instead it made me feel more sick too!
I have sort of sust out what the next video will feature...but if anyone could suggest
1.a good/alternative/unexpected soundtrack
2.a type of video- urban/countryside/tour of an area or something you have seen- I would be grateful!
As an aside- while on the mend and without bike- I have found this site to be invaluable- keeping me uptodate with your adventures etc...happy christmas...I hope I can get to do another shortly....dont be shy with your suggestions/help though...if you have any links that show what you have seen and like, please add them
Regards
RodYork
