If this rain and wind keeps up, I will be selling the bike and buying a sailing boat, Fleetwood seems to be a little to close to that Irish Sea, than Thornton was.

Definately not biking weather with winds upto 70mph and the driving rain.... Hope to see you all soon

I thought that guy with the hat on was our beloved Chy for a second, then you said he rode up on a tractor, so this time I thought it was him for at least another minute. *snicker*

Rain....am I supposed to stop riding if it's raining...????
And saving penies...I'm still working far too many hours to pay for the new one... but that means I'll be used to working far too many hours over the winter so I don't have to over the summer - and go to all the rallies!!!

Ray, what wind and rain. I was just in Germany for the last 2 weeks, and flew through (with stopovers in Dublin and Shannon) Eire, and it was beautiful down there (as well as on the ground when we landed there). Truly gorgeous country, now yet ANOTHER place I need to get back to and actually visit instead of flying over/through!!!

Have you been watching too much Robin Hood on the TV then??

It seems that the legend that is Robin Hood may not be all that it seems!!

Don't you dare tell me that he's not from Nottingham or anything....There are now three on here from the Nottingham area (and that includes me) and that's where he's from! No more discussion on that...

But going to Sherwood for a run...count me in...if I don't have to work!

And where do you jet ski Steve? Used to do a lot of canoeing and stuff when I lived up there.

edit:
Ok went off and read it. Yes he did exist. Else there are a lot of people making a lot of money over nothing. And a lot of films. Most of the films are rubbish though. My favourite version of the whole Robin Hood thing... Maid Marian and her Merry Men ! Used to rush home from school for that!
