i ordered footboards and the rocker gear lever and it arrived today. having been inundated with end of year work projects and family member health issues, i was really looking forward to some quality alone time with the bike, the radio, a few beers and an easy bolt on mod. but no. they sent two of the same side footboards. all hopes dashed!! if there was anything i could change to make my 'triumph experience' 100% better it would be having a brick and mortar store where i could go and touch things, try them on, look them over, and then buy them. no waiting for an overpriced "must have" item wrongly shipped to the opposite coast. no unexpected sizing issues. no return hassles. the place i bought them is closed on mondays so i can't even get return information til tomorrow (and i can't stand unfinished business). i don't even blame them as i'm certain this stuff was packed in england and drop shipped here. but now i have to go through the hassle of dealing with the ups store at the height of christmas shopping season and wait some more. arrrrgggg!!!!!

why are the simple things so hard?!?!?!
