I've about worn out the SEARCH function to no avail. What is the method to shorten the 'heel' part of the heel/toe shifter? Is it bolted on? tia.

I have found the best way..for me a least ..is to cut the rubber down to the length you want..I use 3 rings on the rubber and slide it back on the shaft and mark it, then cut the bolt off and drill and tap it for a 8mm allen set screw, put the allen set screw into the tapped shaft and re-assemble. I used a set screw about 1" long.
