My son's girlfriend (I hope she will be my daughter-in-law, someday) gave me a Triumph coffee mug and key fob. The mug is beautiful and it is actually made in England. I could not believe it; not made in China!. It also has "TAMS" on the bottom along with "Made in England". Do any of you UK folks know what "TAMS" stands for?

Thanks Celt and Ray. It is very interesting to know there is still a company in England that produces fine stuff. I will have to buy more of them. The glaze on this mug is wonderful, not the cheap looking things we normally see. I found that you do not want to put it in the microwave though. The metal on the edge of "Triumph" gives you a light show. I caught it after only a couple of seconds and use another container to heat water for the coffee. Dave
