Hey everyone. Anyone out there with Silver Bullet rear turn signals from Kuryakyn...Did you get the 3/8" or 5/16" hollow mounting bolts? I want to mount these in the set of holes in the rear fender brace up closest to the seat. I would like to have them further back, but I still want to be able to mount my sissybar so I can take my boy for rides, and it mounts in the two rear sets of bolts. Did you have to do anything else special? I will go with halogen, not LED's. Also, does anyone sell a kit that is ready made for our bikes? Thanks all!

I believe if you get the hollow 5/16" ones and the "metric mounting adapter kit" from kuryakyn, the kit directly replaces the fender mount bolts. Easy done.

Ma's Cycles, a Triumph dealer in North Dakota, offers a turn signal kit for the large and small silver bullets. But as you can see if you follow the link, they're made for the existing mounting holes in the license plate housing. I'm sure yould adapt them to where you want to put them, but consider this....with a passenger on the back, their legs will block the view of the turn signals if you mount them on the most forward bolt hole of the fender rails.

My wife rides with me a lot, and I went ahead and bought the kit a couple of years ago and just put them where the old ones were. I took this pic just the other day, if you want to see what they look like on the bike.

You can drill a hole in the sides of your fender and mount them there. That's what I did. Maybe the easiest way to mount them.
