I'm sure some will pick up on the underlying message here and some will not. Ever worked with someone or it could be a family member that you just didnt want to be around. The guy who thinks he knows everything but as it turns out he really doesnt. You try to be nice, try to get along but he always has a smart remark. Will ask for your opinion or suggestion and when given the reply is "I don't think that's right". Sooner or later you just start avoiding this induvidial. Your at the point where you just can't stand to be around him. I've found if you do not acknowledge this person or respond to their questions and conversations one of three things will happen. He will (1) change his ways, probably not! (2) find someone else to annoy. (3) go away. Hopefully he will choose option (3) but then again this person is so full of himself he doesn't even realize what a Jerk he is. Stepping down from the soapbox  Mikemm03

In reality we each are all of the above. Not always intentionally, not always by accident. That's why it is important to look beyond the asshat and try to understand somedays we get to do the critique and some days we get critiqued, somedays we’re the ringmaster and others we’re the clown, other days we’re a genius, and others we’re the village idiot. Try to be tolerant. Try to forgive. And, by all means try to have the balls to be honest with the person that rubs you the wrong way. It may very well be a misunderstanding and easily rectified. Oh, and I hope it ain’t me, too!!!
