WITH THE FREAK INSTALLED, IS A BALANCE TUBE BETWEEN CARBS NEEDED AT TWO OF THE FOUR VACUUM OPENINGS OR CAN ALL FOUR VACUUM OPENINGS ON THE INTAKES BE SEALED OFF WITH THE RUBBER CAPS THAT FREQUENTLY CRACK AND REQUIRE REPLACEMENT?

Why are you shouting?
Kimo,
You can go either way......put all 4 caps back on or put 2 caps on with a piece of hose connecting the other 2.

I connected mine, but it was out of necesity when I lost a vac cap and the auto parts store I stopped at didn't have the right size caps, so they gave me a piece of hose. Of course I used to work there, so it was nice of him Still have it on there. Just remember everything needs to be capped when you balance them.
