Does anyone Know what the primary use of the cutout blanked of with a double rubber plug on the RHS of dash just below the main beam warning lamp? I was trying to find a very small switch and led warning to relocate there for the control of the aux drive lights on lamp bar, any ideas... Had hoped to get switch assembly from "pre lites on" bike and use throttle switch housing but apparently this bit is like rocking horse excrement!!!

Hi, I've heard that if you have a clock in the panel this is where the time adjustment switches go...

Thanks for that speedracer , do you know if that is a physical or digital clock cos if digi then a few mods with mini relays could use the switches to put lites on/off may check out with local agent.

Mike, the clock on my America is analog and yes the movement of the second hand is controled by a swith to the right of the clock.

Nope that won't answer the question... I've never actually fitted an OEM clock, so all I knows is what I's told, which was already mentioned about 3 posts ago
