On a whim, I put in a bid on ebay for this , a set of the union jack flagged black and silver fender and gas tank set. I got outbid, but then was sent an e-mail from the seller, Motoprimo, a Triumph dealer in Minneapolis. They said they have a 2nd set, but it's been on display in their store so "it may be a little duller that the NIB version". I was wondering if anybody in the Minneapolis area could go down to the store and check it out for me? They said they're sending me pics, but a camera might not be able to show how much the paint has dulled, or if it even has faded at all.

Derek, I can head that way, but not before the weekend. They have 2 stores, one in Mpls and one 20 miles south in Lakeland. I'm much closer to mpls, that's where I bought mine. Hope it's at this location. Get me a contact name at MP, your cell #, and I'll call you when I'm there.
Snow is falling here this morning just for ya'lls info....
Cheers, Mike

Thanks Mike, I appreciate the help. I'll e-mail Motoprimo again and get the POC information and store location, then PM you everything.

Okay, I got some pictures of the tank and fender from Corey. First one is tank and fender, and the 2nd one is just the fender showing a scratch on it, and he's taking $20 off for that. I also overexposed the 2nd pic so you could see the scratch better. The location of the scratch is on the lower part of the front fender, behind the forks. If I can't buff it out, it wouldn't be very visible. Total cost to me would be $376 + $40 shipping = $396. So do you think it's worth it?

Go for it. You will be the only one in these parts with that custom look.
Heck I have only seen yours and mine around this little burgh of ours. I know there has to be some more but I sure dont see em. Definitley a dearth of Triumphs around here anyway

I saw 2 last weekend, 1 in Cottonwood and 1 in Jerome. Didn't get a chance to talk to the couple on the red America, but I did have talk with the guy on the yellow & black Speedmaster. Told him about this site and Brent's after he asked me where I got the clutch lifter cover.
I've seen 2 or 3 around Tucson besides yours, but not in a long while.
