Soren, There is one more aisle -
Things you have no use for, but you're 'Man-Shopping' and your testosterone level indicated you need one more toll.
I get in that line from time to time. I have lots of stuff I'll never use and lots of stuff I've had to re-buy because I forgot I bought it when I didn't really need it.
I don't know how many times I've bought adhesive backed velcro strips for no reason at all, but I've had to buy them at least twice when I did need them - only to find the previous ones afterward...

Works for me ... if you ever lose anything, the best way to find it is buy a new one ... the original turns up approx ½hr later .. DOH!!

I must have 8 25' tape measures and at least a dozen line levels, 5 glass cutters and countless duplicate sized sockets and wrenches (spanners) but I bet I can only put my hand on one of each...and then only after a search of the premisis!

Can't find your tools when ya need 'em, huh Rob?!
Well...THAT'LL TEACH YA to store your stuff inside BENNY'S GARAGE!!!
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Home Depot is to Man as DSW Shoe Warehouse is to Woman.

I heard that! I have a bunch of hand tools, some duplicates, some 100th anniversary Stanely stuff I don't use. My friend's dad is an engineer for Stanley, free is good A friend of mine gave me some good advice once. Never start a plumbing project on a Sunday or during a snow storm. You NEED a hardware store to be OPEN.
