Part number for the new chrome front sprocket cover is T1263006. Who's going to be the first to order one?

According to the catalog, the touring pillion pad is standard now on the America models(I was wondering if it was a newly designed seat, or just the touring pad they've had for years. Looks like it's the old touring pad). And of course once again they took a pic of the regualr pillion pad and called it the touring pad, just like they have now for who knows how many years. Who edits these catalogs?
