Hey Benny- now's the time to hit the Cape and Islands....the tourists have left, the weather is still beautiful, off season prices on accomodations, some amazing seaside riding, always a blast to ferry over to Martha's Vineyard and......and .....LOBSTAH DINNAHS!!!

I'm not much of a lobsta person, but I loves me some clam chowda!~! My uncle lives in Chatam on the elbow of the cape, and has a quite adorable 6 month old daughter that I really should visit more often. Can kids walk well at 18 months? I need her to be my flower girl next year...

We have SOOOO many MA and CT folks on here, we should really plan a spring gathering.

Hey Benny-

A CT/MA gathering would be great- I'd love to meet and ride with folks.

At 18 months, your little flower girl can certainly toddle herself down the aisle! At that age though, she may be a little unpredictable. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptuals!! How awesome!

The Bean has always been a favorite destination. I love to go look at all the bikes. I hate their parking lot though! The holes and loose stones are a pain. Maybe the BA was mine! I have the fast black and silver one (but must admit that the new blue and white is pretty tempting).

A MA/CT gathering sounds like a great idea! I live right on the border of the two and there are a lot of great roads in both.

Congrats on the upcoming marriage!

Thanks ladies.

I realize she'll be unpredictable, but so will our nephew who is a month older and the ring bearer... As long as they make id down the isle, they can go sit with daddy after that!

Hey All,
Had a beautiful day out on My Pretty Bonnie with a friend....went out to the Open House at Armand's, the dealership where I bought my bike....Ran into a woman who picked up her America the same week I did....a true sister...I told her about this site. Admired a couple of other Americas, guys from New Bedford. My friend test drove a Victory, but I wanted him to hop on a Speed Triple, lol.....a handsome one with a red on red tribal paint design. A good time was had by all!

He's a good eater. They came over friday night for dinner, and it took all 4 of us to hold him still while Tim changed him. So funny. He was yanking the little mat out from under himself, flipping himself over, etc. Never fussing, just like wrestling. So funny.

[finger on the nose] not it!!

I have some ideas for roads, but otherwise I dunno. Someone local would be better. I can lead a mean ride around Worcester tho Only thing is I am planning a wedding and hopefully moving, so I'd rather someone else take the lead.

ah a leader has stepped froward outstanding, I think there are around six or seven CT America/Speedmaster riders that use this site. Pretty much scattered all over the state.

I'll offer up NW Montana as a prime location for the 2007 MA/CT Spring ride. Friar, Roadie and myself have heard all of each other's jokes. And they weren't that funny to begin with .

I was gonna put you on my CT list cause you're closer to me
than some of the CT folks.

Hope to see you at Greylock,

So who are some interested MA folks for a spring fling?
Bagirl?
Miley790?
Other unknown subjects?
Any RI riders?
Are people thinking weekend? Long day ride?

If people are interested in a Cape / Martha's Vineyard experience, accomodations are less expensive begore Memorial Day, low tourist volume. I have to christen my bike with a ferry ride after all....
Planning a run is like nailing jello to the wall, lol!

Tonight I'm off to the Clapton show at the GAHDEN!! Whoo Hoo!

I've never been to Montana, so if my Cape/Islands idea flops....and all of your jokes would be new to me!

I usually make a weekend out of it by staying at a friend's place and visiting them for the night, then doing a day ride. If you really want a ferry ride, come on over to the island and feel my traffic pain

Charlie, Dave from South Winsor is VintageT6 (or something close, definitely Vintage something).

Greg, there's a couple good classic rock stations, and mert will reccomend, as do I, WFUV from the city, 90.7.

That's it, I'm quitting my job, buying a little balck dress and a tambourine, and running off to be Eric Clapton's 3rd back-up singer.
