Has anyone tried a Wide Glide front-end on an America? I think it would look cool.

Bob Scoggins bought a wreck off of ebay and grafted a narrow-glide front end on it. I have pictures in my gallery here (third row of icons):

Someone else, can't remember - hopefully he'll speak up, made his own triple trees that are wider than stock and look like a wide glide.

Hey John... I'm really liking that 21" wheel on bobscoggins' bike. Do you happen to know what width the rim & tyre are? Was gonna put an 18" rim on the T-Bird hub, but I'm thinking different now.

No, I don't. I don't remember which Harley he got the front end off of, but I believe he replaced the steering head with a Harley one because of frame damage - he didn't modify the Harley front end to work with the Triumph steering head.
