Rask Cycle might have what you're looking for.

Epcos with or without the baffles removed. They even make a real long version that's 45 inches. I had the straight cuts with the baffles in and I never heard the valve train ticking. I've since gone back to my stock pipes with the baffles removed. Not as loud, and I can hear the valves now, but I like it better that way.

Im not lookign to spend that kind of money just to take out the baffles. Also I am looking for something the same diameter and the header pipes so its smooth, i don't like how the pipes get bigger...

If you're feelin' crafty try this on for size. Google McMaster-Carr, search stainless tubing, I believe you'll find and appropriate size. The finish can be had from basic 'crusty' to polished - If budget is a factor, get the standard stuff and polish it.

Like I said, you won't need to take the baffles out, the Epcos are plenty loud enough with the baffles in to drown out the valves. But if you want just something cheap with straight pipes the same diameter as the connection at the end of the header pipes, fabricating some stainless pipe is probably the way to go. I'm not sure though that I would be happy with a straight pipe as some back pressure is needed for optimum performance.

Hey Tom, I think what I have is exactly what you are describing. Guy in New York named Frank made them for me. Not sure if he is still making them or not but give him a call. His number is 631-666-2632. They are polished stainless and straight thru. Yes, they are loud! Hehehe What?

Tom Paughco makes a set of 31" straight pipes with a fish tail end for around 80.00. You can found them in Biker's Choice.
