I bought a Westbourne jacket from Triumph earlier in the summer. Highly recommend it, but have a couple questions. (1) Anyone know where to order the fleece neck warmer and has anyone used it? Getting into fall and it might be useful here in Chicago; (2) there is what appears to be an insert sleeve in the back for additional armor/padding. Anyone know what fits in there or have any experience with it? Not sure it would be useful to have in there, but Triumph must have been thinking something when they sewed that in.

I would like to know about the neck warmer too...

I have that pocket in the back for armor. Then I got a vented raptor jacket (used from someone here) and it came with the back pad too. I switch it back and forth between jackets. So in other words, I don't know where to get it, but it does exhist...

Is the back armour worth anything? Is it comfortable? How good is the fleece?

I also have a raptor jacket and the paddock jacket, The armor is interchangable between the two, elbow and shoulder joints too.
I just went to the trump dealer and bought a new backpad and it was only $12. The heavy duty elbows and shoulders were a different story though. About $30 EACH. So I keep the back pad in both and swap the joints as it gets cooler into the paddock jacket.
Support your dealers, if you like them, it helps keep them in business.
The pads are useful if you go down. They will help but without them it can be worse. The back pads are a little stiff though. But you get used to them. I never had leathers with them before, and figured I would take all that "girlie" padding out, but have grown accustomed to them and now I don't feel as safe if I wear something else without them.

I was searching on the internet for what youre looking for and came up with this . These dealers should be able to get what you need for your jacket. Not real sure why it shows only NJ dealers though.

Try this link to see the Fleece Neck Warmer that Triumph makes.

The part number is there...maybe your dealer can order it for you.
I got lucky and saw one on the wall at my local dealers showroom.
