Got a reply from Triumph Oz re my question on warranty and AI removal, took 12 days but I got it
Not sure about etiquette on reprinting emails but in short they say although removal does not directly void the warranty, any damage or future failure determined to be a direct or indirect result of the removal or process of will be rejected as a result of outside influences.
Now is that lawyer talk or what

Cheers 'n' Beers Nico

In the states I believe that's the law...unless your modifications directly or indirectly cause the failure, they cannot void the warranty.
