Thanks for the offer. If it wasn't for the fact that I just did close to 1000 miles right around all those lakes(pretty beautiful), and that I'm going back the week after Labor Day for the Vintage weekend with my 911, I would join you for sure. It breaks my heart that I can't go with you guys. I race a car up at The Glen, it is my favorite track on the NE. I could tell you all the apexes to hit, but I think the car is much different than the bike. You'll have one long apex....I stay and eat at the Seneca Lodge, stay at Cabin 55 all the time. Many of those who run the lodge know me pretty well, use my name and see what they do to your beer. Jack and Bret at the bar know who I am, watch what they spike your drink with if you do mention my name. Ask for Betty Lou at the front desk, she's a sweetie.

If I can take another weekend off, and if my bike is jetted and synched by then, I'll sneak up. the wife is pretty cool and I miss the lodge.

My brother and I have hoisted a few there in past years. Haven't been up for 4-5 years. I was able to take my '96 Impala SS on the big track on one visit, during a FIA prep race (6 hour race). Awesome track. I heard they are in financial trouble and the track is in jeopardy, that would be tragic.
I also love the Motor Racing Library just outside the Glen and could spend a week in there!
