Primero, I think they like the low "Harley Wave" arm out low and the hand just hangin in the wind. Of course the more that were in the group the more "cool" they thought they were. The heck with them anyway..... we like you

Harley riders may not wave back because of three possibilities:
1. They don't have enough experience riding to comfortably take a hand off the handlebars to return the wave.
2. They have to use both hands at all times in order to maintain control of their overweight hogs.
3. They're afraid of being beeyatch slapped by their shriveled up tatooed dyke ol' ladies for being too courteous.

Which way around was your 'V' ? In the UK (and France)a two fingered 'V' with the back of your hand facing the recipient is deemed an insult.
It all stems from when Henry IV defeated the cream of the French nobility at the battle of Agincourt even though on a foreign field, outnumbered at least 6 to 1, and after weeks of enforced marching back to the coast.
The French had crossbows and the English longbows, the latter having the longer range and higher rate of fire. The French, having been on the receiving end of a volley of longbow arrows, had threatened to cut off the first two fingers on the right hand of every longbowman they caught, to stop them using that particular weapon ever again.
As the french fell in droves under curtain after curtain of arrows, and the French Knights rode straight into the lances of their own infantrymen who were trying to escape the onslaught, the British archers stuck up the frst two fingers on their right hands as a taunt.
Maybe they were 'Le Harley Davison' riders
If you do it today you MIGHT regret it. If you CAN'T do it tomorrow you WILL regret it.

Check out Harley's new "go your own way" ad I posted under "Other Bikes". I know the readers of this forum will find it amusing.

At their next stop, they were probably saying to each other "No, I didn't wave, I thought you waved".

Maybe they said to each other "I was gonna wave, but I thought
if I took my left paw off the bars, the violent shaking of the motor
would have made me lose control of my overweight,
overpriced, tractor".

well if they were a club that means they are too cool to wave at anybody......dont take it personnal.
The percentage you're paying is too high-priced
While you're living beyond all your means
And the man in the suit has just bought a new car
From the profit he's made on your dreams
