Are any or all of the tank badges ( eyebrow, classic, & bonneville) straight replacements for the stock America badges? They ARE listed in the accessories section of Triumph parts, but my parts guy at the dealer where I bought my bike asked ME if I knew whether they would fit!
Seemed to be concerned about the different contours of different tanks on different models.

I am nearly certain that the opional tank badges carry seperate/different cat.#s for the bikes they fit - i.e. Those that fit BA and SMs have different cat #s than those for the std. bonnie / Thrux., etc. If you use the cat# for the badge listed as optional when you select the bike/year - you should get the badge that fits.

Thanks, I'll look on the site and do a cross check. That hadn't occurred to me.

Actually, it looks like the bonnie, T100, and America all show the same catalogue numbers for each of the models. Different for each badge but same for each bike/year.
